Cafe LG podržava zatvorenike i njihove najbliže u komunikaciji i ostarivanju njihovih prava! Cafe LG je jedina radio emisija u Austriji, putem koje prijatelji i rodbina šalju poruke za zatvorenike. Prihvatamo viber poruke na svim jezicima, pod uslovom da su glasovne ako se ne radi o nemačkom, engleskom ili jednom od bks jezika!
U Cafe LG se ne priča o zatvorenicima, već zatvorenici i njihovi najbliži imaju reč!

Cafe LG pomaže i omogućava kontakt izmedju zatvorenika u njihovih pripadnika, koji se inače otežano odvija zbog zatvorske birokratije. Čak su i troškovi telefoniranja preskupi, pogotovo u inostranstvo. Za osobe koje ne pričaju nemački je komunikacija ali i organizovanje posete posebno mučna i teska. Na taj način zatvorske institucije onemogućavaju socijalne kontakte zatvorenika i kažnjavaju istovremeno i njihove najbliže. Cafe LG potpuno besplatno pruža mogućnost jednostavne komunikacije, sa kojom istovremeno javno ukazuje na to da zatvorenici nisu ostavljeni na cedilu od strane njihovih najbližih.
Zatvorenici, posebno oni koji se ne služe dovoljno dobro nemačkim jezikom, nemaju mogućnost da saznaju svoja prava i nemaju adekvatne mogućnosti da se bore za njih. Putem 'Udruženja za prava zatvorenika' oni sami, uz pomoć vanrednih članova napolju, mogu da se bore za svoja prava. Udruženje prikuplja informacije, nudi individualno savetovanje i informiše o aktuelnim događajima. 'Udruženje za prava zatvorenika' je prvo i do sad jedino samoorganizovano predstavništvo zatvorenika. Udruženje je osnovano u JA Stein. Samo zatvorenici mogu biti redovni članovi udruženja, vanredni članovi su potpora radu udruženja. U emisiji vam 'Udruženje za prava zatvorenika' nudi informacije o mogućnostima kako zaštiti prava zatvorenika ali i o tekućim događajima.

Café LG fördert und ermöglicht den Kontakt zwischen Gefangenen und ihren Angehörigen, der von den Gefängnissen systematisch erschwert wird. Denn die Telefonkosten im Gefängnis sind extrem hoch, insbesondere ins Ausland. Und für Personen, die nicht gut Deutsch sprechen, sind jede Kommunikation und jeder Besuch besonders schwierig. So verhindert das Gefängnis, dass Gefangene ihre Sozialkontakte aufrechterhalten können und bestraft zugleich stets auch die Angehörigen. Café LG bietet eine kostenlose, einfache Möglichkeit der Kommunikation, mit der zugleich auch öffentlich gezeigt wird, dass Gefangene von ihren Familien und Freund*innen nicht im Stich gelassen werden.
Die Union für die Rechte von Gefangenen ist die erste und bisher einzige selbstorganisierte Vertretung von Gefangenen. Die Union wurde in der Justizanstalt Stein gegründet. Nur Gefangene können ordentliche Mitglieder der Union werden, außerordentliche Mitglieder draußen unterstützen die Arbeit der Union. Gefangene und insbesondere nicht deutschsprachige Gefangene werden nicht über ihre Rechte informiert und haben kaum Möglichkeiten, diese durchzusetzen. In der Union für die Rechte von Gefangenen treten sie selbst für ihre Rechte ein und werden durch andere Gefangene und Personen draußen unterstützt. Die Union stellt Informationen zur Verfügung, bietet individuelle Beratung an und informiert über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Ereignisse. In der Sendung informiert auch die Union für die Rechte von Gefangenen über die Möglichkeiten, sein Recht im Gefängnis durchzusetzen und über aktuelle Entwicklungen.

Café LG promotes and facilitates contact between prisoners and their relatives, which is systematically made more difficult by the prisons. Telephone costs in prison are extremely high, especially for calls abroad. And for people who do not speak German well, every communication and every visit is particularly difficult. The prison thus prevents prisoners from maintaining their social contacts and at the same time always punishes their relatives. The Union for the Rights of Prisoners is the first and so far, only self-organized representation of prisoners. The Union was founded in Stein Prison. Only prisoners can become full members of the Union, extraordinary members outside support the work of the Union. Prisoners, especially non-German-speaking prisoners, are not informed about their rights and have hardly any opportunities to assert them. In the Union for the Rights of Prisoners, they stand up for their rights themselves and are supported by other prisoners and people outside. The Union provides information, offers individual counselling and informs about current developments and events. In the program, the Union for the Rights of Prisoners also provides information about the possibilities of asserting your rights in prison and about current developments.
