The compilation of the program sections and the allocation of ORANGE 94.0's approximately 200 series are the result of a participatory process on the radio.

The ORANGE 94.0 program reform is a call to action for listening to the radio and making radio. The new program schedule makes connections between series visible and thus gives the individual content more visibility. The climate crisis, migration, urban development, the concerns of children and young people, alternative music and cultural scenes, gender equality, inclusion, and anti-discrimination will thus be given even greater prominence.

Participatory media projects that operate at low thresholds and grow "organically" need a self-critical review every few years – a corrective to stay on the pulse of the times and identify their own blind spots. In this sense, the new programming schedule marks the beginning of a continuous evolution.
