**Join the Girls* Editorial Team at ORANGE 94.0!**

Do you want to create your own radio shows, conduct interviews, choose music, operate the mixing desk, or present live? Then you’re in the right place! The Girls* editorial team at Radio ORANGE 94.0 is looking for new members – we can’t wait to hear your ideas and the topics you care about!

Who can join?

All girls and genderqueer young people aged 12 to 18 are warmly invited to become part of our editorial team. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll learn how radio works together. Whether you already have specific ideas or just want to give it a try, you are welcome!

What can you expect?

You’ll work in an open and supportive team that produces a monthly radio show together. You get to help shape the content. From queer perspectives and mental health to climate politics – we talk about what matters to you. There are regular meetings, exciting workshops, studio work, and sometimes even guest speakers from politics, culture, or science.

How do you get started?

Twice a year we offer a free introductory workshop. There, you’ll learn everything you need to get started: handling the equipment, recording segments, conducting interviews, and broadcasting. You can also join the editorial team at any time – just get in touch!
